Fixed Term for 12 Months
South Tyneside Council have embarked on an exciting and highly ambitious energy conservation and decarbonisation programme with particular emphasis on the use of innovative renewable technologies to replace fossil fuels. Current schemes include river water and mine water district heating systems, waste wood gasification with Bioenergy with carbon capture and storage, and on-shore wind turbines.
You will be part of a team of experts driving forward our energy conservation and decarbonisation agenda by developing future schemes and programmes to build on the work already completed or in pipeline.
