Position
As a Graduate Architect with 2-3+ years of experience at calfordseaden you will be an integral part of our design and project management process. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Design Development:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural concepts and design solutions.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and 3D models.
- Assist in site analysis and design research.
2. Project Management:
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and budgets.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project goals are met.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
3. Construction Documentation:
- Develop and review construction documents, including plans, specifications, and details.
- Coordinate with engineering and other design disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
4. Sustainability and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in sustainable design and integrate eco-friendly solutions into projects.
- Research and implement innovative technologies and materials.
5. Collaboration and Mentorship:
- Collaborate with team members to foster a creative and inclusive work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Proficiency in Revit design software is essential and a test will be conducted during interview process.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of building codes and regulations.
