Graduate Real Estate Executive -Weekends- Berkshire

Raring to gain key experience working for a leading property developer?

• Weekend shifts (some occasional additional days in the week may be needed)
• Bracknell, Berkshire
• Hours: 9:45 - 6pm
• Pay: hourly rate circa £25k (£12.50+holiday pay)

Based in the marketing suite of a leading developer, you'd play a crucial role in:

• meeting/greeting any walk-in potential purchasers
• qualifying would-be buyers over the phone and taking detailed notes
• maintaining marketing suite appearance and amenities
• liaising with stakeholders and contractors who regularly frequent the site

You'll need

• Excellent representational skills
• Strong telephone communications
• Confidence using IT and computer systems
• Passion for property
