Our client is a fast-growing Management Consultancy that works with corporates, governments and partners to assess economic and social developments across Europe. They are seeking a Graduate Recruiter to work either in their London or Oxford office, in a hybrid working model and work as part of the Talent and HR team.
The Graduate Recruiter will deliver the graduate recruitment strategy to build talent for entry-level recruiting programs including Work Experience, Apprenticeships, Interns and Analyst roles. You will do this by coordinating an expansive (geographical cover) and high-volume graduate recruitment campaign, which will include:
* Managing an efficient and personalised recruitment process, working with hiring managers, candidates, and universities
* Responsible for end-to-end recruitment - not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, arranging of interviews, offer and on-boarding candidates to ensure a smooth and engaging process for all.
* Helping to plan and execute campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, networking receptions, panel discussions, interview days, etc.
* Creating and enhancing marketing collateral such as brochures, e-mail campaigns, videos, presentations, and giveaways in accordance with their brand.
The ideal Recruiter will have previous in-house experience, preferably within professional services. You will be asked to attend the HR meeting at least once per month in London, but their preference is for the Recruiter to have a more regular presence in either London or Oxford. You will need to have exceptional organisational and communication skills as you will work across all divisions within the company. Any European languages would be a bonus, but not essential.
