A little bit about IN2 Consult;

Founded in 2017 IN2 Consult has grown exponentially year on year, we are a finance specilist agency that focuses on a premium service and quality over quantity approach. We have teams in London, Thames Valley and Manchester that have developed key accounts and a clear focus on consulting with clients/candidates.

Due to expansion we are looking for new consultants to join the team. All of our new recruits go through a 12 week training program with our L&D Manager who will teach you on how to become the most successful recruiter. Training is at the heart of the business and ensuring we give everyone that joins us the best opportunity to be as successful as possible.

Day to Day duties;

• Pitching jobs to candidates and clients
• Business Partnering with clients, account managing processes
• Negotiating - Salaries, fees, rebates and much more
• Meeting clients and candidates
• Phoning candidates and clients to establish relationships

Background;

• Ideally from a sales background/University degree
• People person - this role is all about communication - you must like to talk!
• Driven - with goals established of what you want to achieve in the future.

The markets we cover are;

• Senior Finance
• Commercial
• Reporting and Audit
• Junior to newly qualified finance
• Transactional finance
• Interim finance

Salary: £15,071.02-£42,288.17 per year
