About the Role: Join a leading property development team known for transforming commercial properties into modern apartments, offices, and student accommodations. This role includes overseeing new build projects as well.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction and logistics for multiple projects.
- Coordinate with Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers.
- Develop and track work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage budgets and control costs.
- Ensure safety and high standards on-site.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Address contract issues and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal communication for client and team interactions.
