Starting out as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will follow a sales plan that will teach you the skills you need to become successful within the Recruitment industry. The more you progress within the role, the more responsibilities you will have – working your way through the training programme to become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant.

The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
