You’ll have proven experience in financial services and display your talent and track record of delivering large scale, complex transformational change programmes. You’ll have the ability to innovate to find ways to resolve problems and are comfortable working with some degree of uncertainty, with a passion to drive improved customer outcomes.
You’ll show gravitas and the ability to take your sponsors (up to Exec level), on a clear journey based on business benefit, working with their teams to deliver change in partnership.
Your contribution will support the Phoenix goal to offer all customers a lifetime of possibilities.
Why should you join Phoenix?
At Phoenix, you and your programme team will own the delivery of large scale transformation change programmes.
You’ll be encouraged to use your creativity to own and solve programme challenges and you’ll develop a programme team culture, based upon collaboration and inclusion.
The candidate we want to join our highly successful team will be able to demonstrate tangible evidence of the following key criteria:
- Building and leading successful programme teams, which include third party suppliers.
- Matrix management of workstream leads to ensure that all deliverables are planned, captured, scoped, priced, negotiated and delivered efficiently and effectively and in a compliant manner with full autonomy.
- Managing budgets of up to £20m, delivering financial benefits and implementing benefit realisation plans.
- Managing senior stakeholders up to executive committee level.
- Taking ownership for complex dependency and scheduling management.
Our business is complex, and our change programmes reflect that complexity, therefore we need people who are self-starters, who can learn quickly, act autonomously and apply their experience and skills across many disciplines.
