The Company
My Client is a rapidly expanding Recruitment consultancy that specialises in sourcing niche marketing skills to FTSE 100 companies, leading Marketing Consultancies and Research Houses throughout the UK and overseas. They currently focus on recruiting Market Researchers, Digital Marketers and Analysts of marketing. They pride themselves on building exceptionally strong relationships with both their clients and candidates through being passionate about their work. As a result they are growing rapidly and are looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their successful team at their London office.
My client has a superb track record of training graduates to earn £80k+ within a 2-3 year time frame. They are committed to helping consultants learn how to build their own business within my client’s business. We believe in cultivating a fast learning, open environment where the right attitude and work ethic are highly regarded and rewarded.
The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- Working in a strong sales and customer service environment
- Using search methodologies to locate and head hunt candidates for both
- permanent and contract appointments.
- A considerable amount of database interrogation and research combined with a
- high level of telephone sales activity.
- A structured development programme with fast-track progression to working
- directly with clients within 3 months.
Graduate Recruitment Consultant requirements:
Recent graduates who have at least 6 months experience in a commercial environment. You will have ideally graduated with a 2.1 and must have extracurricular achievements (such as taking a role of responsibility in a University society or playing sport to a high level).

*This should see you realistically achieving OTE earnings of £30-40k in the
