Job Title:Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Birmingham - Jewellery Quarter
Salary: £25,000 -£26,000 (OTE £40,000)

Role Overview:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll serve as the vital link between candidates and clients, undertaking a range of responsibilities including interviewing, marketing, consulting, and headhunting to secure the ideal candidate for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly liaising with senior executives via phone/video calls
- Sourcing and interviewing top-tier candidates on behalf of clients
- Pitching tailored search solutions to address client needs
- Facilitating the interview process, including scheduling and feedback management
- Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends
- Building and managing candidate databases
- Engaging in cold calling and networking activities
- Negotiating terms of business and contracts
What will you do?
- You will be trained as a 360 Recruitment Consultant from day one and start your career with us on an initial 12 week training schedule, fully supported by your Manager and team.
- You will become an expert in one of our specialist division’s; Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing or Property Management and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.
- You will develop relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.
- You will source, screen, short-list and provide consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
- You will multi-task and prioritise workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
