Graduate Recruitment Specialist

We are currently seeking a Graduate Recruitment Specialist who is keen to join an elite US law firm as part of their successful Graduate Recruitment team in London.

This exciting and highly regarded opportunity will see you supporting the firms Graduate Recruitment and development operations in London – overseeing a large applicant pool of talented individuals. The firms Graduate Recruitment team is highly resourced and collegiate. Working in a large team, you will lead on a variety of Graduate Recruitment and development tasks across the London office such as HR and development duties for the current trainee pool. Overseeing the seat programme, future trainee development, and other generalist development duties related to the trainees and future trainees of the firm.

Duties include;

• Trainee and Future Trainee related ER matters
• Trainee relationship building and career development
• Running of the trainee overseas seat programme
• Performance monitoring of Future Trainee SQE and PGDL programmes
• Conducting regular feedback interviews and one to ones
• Oversee coordination of future trainee events
• Conduct vacation scheme interviews
