We're looking for a Software Engineer to work with the XenServer (XS) System Quality team. Responsibilities will include working with quality managers, quality leads and developers to identify and implement automated and manual test requirements for the new and existing features of XenServer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts using Python and related test framework.
- Requirement analysis.
- Measure, monitor and report on Test progress, product quality, test results and test progress.
- Maintenance and functional enhancements of automated test assets.
- Triaging of test results.
- Identify and report defects.
- Collaborate with cross functional development teams to deliver bug fixes and new features
- Drive standards and best practices in QA and Testing.
- Conduct manual testing.
- Participate in code reviews.
Required Experience / Skills:
- Computer Science Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python (OOP), C#.
- A passion for the subject matter and the curiosity to search out and try new things as well as seek new challenges.
- Quick learner, happy working on unfamiliar technologies and programming languages and learning as you go.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to connect with all levels of management.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
