Imagine a blend of supporting, coaching and influencing, diving headfirst into the excitement of our contact center and operational teams.
Using your experience, commercial ‘know how’ and business understanding, you’ll provide effective partnering to always ensure AO’s high performance across these business areas.
You’ll develop and deliver local people initiatives, enabling a best-in-class colleague experience using data for workforce planning, engagement, performance, local talent management and future succession planning.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- Build strong and credible relationships across the management teams, collaborating to ensure a high performance culture
- Elevate line managers to their best, through coaching and support to deliver a brilliant colleague experience
- Through commercially focused support and problem solving, develop initiatives ensuring our customers are at the core of everything we do
- Using data and insight to help Managers identify opportunities that drive value for our customers
- Collaborate across the full people team, supporting business wide activities
- Having confidence to push boundaries and work alongside the business areas to truly make a difference
