About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join our Build Department in Caterham to assist with the financial administration of the procurement and payment of subcontractors and other similar bodies operating on Company Developments, to ensure the Company achieves value for money and management receive regular updates on the financial performance of each site.
This opportunity is available from Summer 2024.
About you
- Recent graduate with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Excellent IT skills (good working knowledge of MS excel and spreadsheets)
- Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of financial administration.
- Analytical mind and methodical approach.
