Quantity Surveyors

I have been asked by my client to find a number of Quantity Surveyors to join their business- they are a £50 m + turnover, privately owned and well established/regarded.

They work on projects in residential and commercial groundworks and also provide reinforced concrete structures packages for both developers and tier one main contractors.

Projects tend to be in South West London, Surrey and the southern Home Counties.

Firstly I am looking for an Assistant QS- someone with 1-2 year's post-graduate experience and ideally with a groundworks or RC frame subcontractor. The salary on this one will be around the 40k mark.

Secondly, I have been asked to find intermediate Quantity Surveyors with 5+ years experience and again within groundworks or reinforced concrete subcontracting- the salary fr this role will be between 50-70k, depending on experience.

Finally I am looking for a Commercial Manager or Senior QS who is looking to step up to Commercial Manager level and the salary on this will be around the 100k mark.
