Are you an enthusiastic individual ready to start work immediately? We're seeking a proactive Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team, focusing on sales and purchase ledgers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you! Hours are 8.30am/9am - 5pm start and this role is Office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in finance or accounting preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
