Network and Telecoms Infrastructure provider with an office in Warrington are looking to grow their graduate program and currently require 2 Graduate Surveyors to join the team and work with a number of key clients across the UK.

Working with clients across the UK you will be responsible for identifying sites in both rural or urban areas for acquisition or lease. Key duties will include identifying new rights, putting together heads of terms, undertaking site investigations and land research and liaising with different divisions of the business.

The successful Graduate Acquisition Surveyor will need excellent communication skills and have the following background

• A Degree and/or Masters in Estate Management, Property Management, Surveying or other RICS related qualifications.
• Full driving license
• Comfortable working to project deadlines whether as part of a team or independently.

Full training will be provided on all stages of the project process which will include land acquisition, fee negotiation, and assisting in planning applications, so it is really all about your communication skills, desire to work in this field and where you would like to take your career going forward.
