We are looking for a Graduate Systems Developer who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.
This is a full time, permanent position based at our head office in Woolpit, Suffolk.
As the Graduate Systems Developer your key responsibilities are
· Development: Providing software solutions to business need whilst collaborating with users and change owners to provide the best possible outcome.
· Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring customer effort is minimised.
· Software Support: Providing support & maintenance of BUUK group systems, to ensure the effects of incidents are minimised and requests are served to expectation.
· CI: Implementing continual improvement in all aspects of the role.
About you
· Degree in Computer Science subject or equivalent
· Working knowledge of:
o Software development in .Net or equivalent
o SQL in relational database management systems
o Front end software development
· Ability to work with others towards goals and objectives
· An understanding of breaking down complex problems towards resolution
· Experience of dealing with analytical information
