Position Overview:
Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Barnet Area
Salary: 24,000 - 27,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their academic progress.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated.
Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources.
Requirements:
A minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree in a core subject.
