Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Shropshire (working across Schools)
Salary: 75 - 95 per day

Role and Responsibilities:
Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide additional assistance.
Assist in the planning and preparation of teaching materials.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Build strong relationships with students and staff.
Requirements:
A degree in any discipline (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and a desire to support students in their learning journey.
Adaptability and a willingness to work in different school environments.
Ability to engage with students and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere.
