As a Graduate Teaching Assistant with GSL Education, you will:
- Assist primary school teachers in planning and delivering dynamic, engaging lessons.
- Provide tailored support to primary school students, aiding their understanding of complex concepts and fostering academic excellence.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources tailored to primary education.
- Contribute to the holistic development of young students, nurturing their social and emotional well-being.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with a focus on primary education.
- Is available for work Monday to Friday during primary school hours.
- Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, kind, and caring approach to working with primary school students.
- Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to undergo the process with us).
- Have a fully checkable work history.
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Conducting relevant checks and procedures for all our roles.

In addition to that, we are currently offering £100 for the successful referral of either Teachers or Teaching Assistants.
