Your role and responsibilities

As a graduate, you will play a role in assisting the team in various activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB. In the pursuit of continuous improvement, you will be collaborating with teams within and across functions to identify and support these projects. This is a unique opportunity that allows you to learn from different assignments across the business. You will gain a better understanding on how our teams within ABB collaborate to support our business ecosystem, as well as an overview of our products and solutions supporting customers in different industries.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computer Engineering, Computer Science) or similar with major (recent graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023)
• Practical past working experiences (internships, traineeships, full time experience) of 1 to 2 years would be advantageous.
• Attitude and ability to learn and execute quickly
• Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, scope and priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team to solve complex problems
• Demonstrates a high level of self-belief and motivation. Shows drive and ambition for broader responsibility
• Should have a professional level of social understanding and good working relationships with other
• Open to new ideas, demonstrates ability to innovate and eagerness to improve things
• Should be able to motivate others and leadership potential.
