Are you a Mechanical Engineering Graduate or similar who is looking to kickstart their career within a well-established yet growing company that offers full training overtime opportunities to increase your earnings and ongoing progression to senior roles?

This well-established company have been established since 1979 and are a leading developer of injection moulds and tools supplying into the agricultural and filtration industries. They have retained a loyal client base whilst continually growing and are now looking to grow their friendly team with a motivated graduate.

In this varied role you will receive full training from senior members of the team and then be responsible for producing 2D and 3D design models on SolidWorks, in addition to assisting on project based work and furthering manufacturing improvements and processes. You will initially shadow other staff and can continually learn as you liaise with other departments and senior leadership.

This exciting role would suit a Graduate looking to build their career in Mechanical Design within a company that pride themselves on both their internal shadowing and mentoring programs, along with external training for new staff.

The Role:

• Produce 2D and 3D models on Solidworks
• Assist with the whole manufacturing process and project works
• Full training provided from senior members of the team
• Ongoing progression opportunities
• Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5pm, with a finish on Friday at 1:00pm
• 33 days Holiday

The Person:

• Mechanical Engineering Graduate or similar
• Proficient in SolidWorks
• Commutable to Galashiels
