Benefits of joining the European division include, on average, £2000 personal commission or more per placement, full training on European specific recruitment methods and no cold calling! On top of this there is a clear progression route to a director level role and all the tools and guidance you need to build a future for yourself.

Highest fees in the company - the average placement in the Europe is around 3x higher than a placement in the UK
You'll earn the most commission in the company - reasons above, the higher the fee, the higher your commission (average £2000 per placement)

Rapid career progression - The highest fees in the company meaning it'll take less placements to hit the criteria for progression
No cold calling - whilst building new business is a key part of your role, you will only be speaking to clients who are interested in our services.

Financially motivated - This is key as your base salary is £21k-22K but OTE is £37-£45k in your first year and there's no reason why you can't exceed this

What you'll be doing:
Become the 'go-to' technical recruiter within your industry
Source/Headhunt the finest candidates for your client across multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish
Build relationships with clients and candidates
Networking - You'll need to use the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone calls, E-Mails and client events/meet ups
Be the voice and brand ambassador for Rise Technical Recruitment ensuring you're giving 5 star service
