Job description

Main Duties

1.     Creative Design

  • Provide inspiring on-brand creative design solutions for internal and external clients to drive efficiencies and cost reduction (by reducing reliance on external agency support).
  • To ensure all branded communications adhere to guidelines and the spirit of the Orange brand and its values.
  • All supported briefs are delivered on-brand, on time and promote best practice.
  • Continuous improvement of branded materials in line with guidelines.

2.     Brand Management

  • Consistent and inspiring on-brand work is delivered to a high standard within guidelines that contributes to continued and increasing brand recognition.
  • Manage guidelines to ensure they are clear, up to date and recognised across the business as the default starting point for any branded work.
  • Champion work in line with our values and vision. 

3.     Project Management

  • Build, nurture and maintain internal and external relationships (including countries and agencies) to ensure alignment and efficiencies and Group strategic objectives are met.
  • Work alongside the Head of Creative and Identity to develop briefs and creative solutions for larger scale brand design projects, such as toolkits, guidelines development and image banks
  • Work alongside the Head of Creative and Identity to drive alignment of key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met and managed in line with the brand and project objectives
  • Present results to senior stakeholders and relevant teams
  • Manage agency relationships where required

The role sits within the Global Brand Identity and Advertising Directorate where the focus is to lead and define the strategic and creative direction of Orange identity and Advertising.

The Brand Intern will assist in managing, protecting and developing the Orange brand. You will work alongside the Head of Creative & Brand Identity and relevant Brand teams to influence internal and external clients across the Group by providing inspiring in-house creative solutions and providing creative direction and guidance that helps them bring the brand to life in a consistent, engaging and on-brand way.

The Brand Intern will also assist the Head of Creative & Brand Identity in leading and influencing discussion on key topics and in the development of brand guidelines.
