Graphic Designer

We have an exciting NEW role in Northeast England for a passionate Graphic Designer, looking to advance their skills. Working as part of an established design team, you will be contributing to all design output for our client, an industry-leading wholesaler. You will have 3+ years of professional experience working as a Graphic Designer, with solid foundations in print and digital asset creation. This role is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role, on-site in Durham 3x days, remote 2x days. The Role

This varied role involves working across all design requests to hit the studio; from posters to digital asset creation for web and email campaigns, to in-store POS and print collateral, as well as internal comms and the occasional presentation! This role requires a can-do positive attitude, and the ability to work with stakeholders of all levels, from C-suite employees to branch staff. This role is multi-disciplined and would ideally attract a candidate who has been in a similar position.

You will have...

• A passion for all things design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating this.
• A Design qualification and 3+ years of relevant commercial design experience in-house or agency side
• Previous experience in a similar role, working within company brand guidelines.
• Full knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Id, Ps, Ai, Ae, Pr)
• Experience designing for various print media including brochures, flyers, posters and large format prints, as well as an understanding of printing processes and specifications.
• Experience in creating digital assets for web and email campaigns, and any additional skills in video editing and After Effects would be great!
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
• A willingness to learn and expand your design skillset.
• An ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines, whilst working across multiple projects at any one time.
