The purpose of this role is to:
- Give our members a strong, consistent, and proud brand experience everywhere they come across us.
- Deliver engaging and motivating design assets for our members.
- Uphold and raise our design standards, pushing the brand forward, increasing innovation, and improving our return on investment.
- Design projects will meet a broad set of needs including sales driving activity, brand, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, sustainability, own label wines and sub-brands, business launches, subscription services and business services, loyalty activity and corporate communications.
This role is a new role within our internal design function. The role works closely with the Designers and Studio Manager, delivering projects for the marketing managers in the Campaigns team and our Digital team. The role will also interact with printers, design agencies and freelancers.
