A fantastic, and exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to become part of an expanding media team, part of a first-class training organisation based in Chatham. This is a hybrid role although it will be predominantly home based with an expectation to attend the office as required.

We are looking to appoint a talented, passionate, and motivated individual with a robust and current portfolio which clearly demonstrates varied and dynamic examples of both corporate design and digital content creation. To be successful, you must have strong communication and influencing skills, substantial industry experience, and demonstrate a proficient knowledge of Adobe CC as well as an experienced user of Microsoft Office, and in particular PowerPoint. In addition, some knowledge of digital content creation using software such as Lectora, Articulate Rise would be useful but not essential.
This role is best suited for an established Graphic Designer, who can create content immediately with little supervision. This is a fast paced and evolving environment, which requires a reactive and positive response to tasks. What your role will include:
· Ensure company branding is maintained across all platforms
· Create and establish influential and positive relationships with all stakeholders
· Collaborate with clients to generate and develop creative visual concepts, storyboards, mock-ups
· Create and develop concept designs for commercial training products e.g. presentations, workbooks
· Exhibition stand design
· Design and creation of marketing materials
· Design and creation of motion graphics and editing of short videos plus animation
You will report to the Media Manager and work alongside two Senior Graphic Designers
Your essential experience must include…
· Substantial industry experience
· Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent qualification
· Strong ability to visualise clients’ ideas and concepts
· Design for exhibition stands
· Animation and video shorts
· Excellent communications skills when engaging with both creative and non-creative stakeholders
· Proficiency in Adobe CC
· Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent and advanced user of PowerPoint
Desirable would include some knowledge, and experience of web authoring tools such as Lectora, Articulate Rise.
