Graphic Designer

Hybrid role / HQ in Yorkshire with other sites in North West and London

Parker Young is delighted to announce that we are partnering with Project Group to identify a visionary Graphic Designer, able to take abstract creative concepts and turn them into tangible realities for this fast paced, multi-divisional business.

Project Group is one of the UK’s leading furnishing, fit-out and service providers offering a design-led approach to the build to rent, co-living, hotels, student accommodation and education sectors. Set up in 2010, the business has grown to a 115+ team delivering furnishing and fit out projects nationwide and across Europe.

As Graphic Designer for Project Group, you will work closely with the Group Marketing Director to create a brand vision that can be translated across all marketing channels, ensuring design is refined, elevated and on brand, along with refining and evolving the existing brand guidelines, templates, and assets to assist in consistent and compelling designs across all channels.

You’ll grow and nurture a creative team that is capable of producing innovative and impactful work, by leading the design and production of high-quality marketing and sales support material and designing a variety of creative assets/client proposals that project a premium image of the Project Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing a wide variety of printed and/or digital materials:
• Designing and producing visual assets for digital platforms (e-commerce website, email, division websites, social media platforms) client brochures, sales and estimating proposals, product catalogues and other publications
• Determine, agree and communicate the parameters of the Design remit to the business
• Lead the creative thinking on all large-scale Design team projects
• Ensuring that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Collaborating with the different teams and departments to create compelling visuals that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
• Ensuring consistent branding across various touch points, including print and digital materials.
• Collaborating with the digital and buying teams to maintain and update the website, creating an elevated digital experience.
• Managing multiple design projects, adhering to tight deadlines, and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

We are looking for a talented, creative Graphic Designer, with professional qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with relevant experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency. You may have proven experience in the property/residential/interior sector, but if not, we’d like to know how your experience would complement this industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), but also with Shopify and Klaviyo platforms would be an advantage.
