Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Collaborating with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design Creation: Developing visual concepts using computer software or by hand, including logos, advertisements, websites, and social media graphics.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring designs align with the client's brand identity and guidelines.
- Project Management: Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Revisions and Feedback: Making revisions based on client feedback and ensuring the final product meets specifications.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail and quality assurance.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Typography: Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Image Retouching: Correcting colours, exposure, and contrast. Removing blemishes, wrinkles, and unwanted elements.
