Who we need We are looking for an outstanding Green Skills and Sustainability Trainer to join the rapidly expanding Employer Services Projects Team and Green Skills Centre at Nottingham College. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and delivering quality teaching to adults. This is a fundamental role that supports adults gain an insight into Green Skills Industries such as sustainability, heat pump systems and climate change, to name a few. In this role you will be required to Teach and assess students Have a good working knowledge of Green Skills within the construction industry To plan and deliver training sessions. Participate in quality assurance procedures including assessment and internal verification (IQA) of students work Provide well-rounded feedback and meet the requirements of Nottingham College’s Green Skills Centre and internal compliance and quality processes. This post will also help support unemployed adult learners to ensure that we are removing any barriers they may have to training and to ensure they are getting the same opportunities to personal development as their peers. What you’ll bring The ideal candidate will be passionate about their industry as well as enthusiastic about teaching adults.
