With recent investments in our already outstanding teaching facilities, the College has a great deal on offer for both staff and students. The Role: You will be required to ensure high quality delivery and programming of clusters of courses, including where appropriate team meetings, programme planning, and producing course files and developing and reviewing the Green skills curriculum in conjunction with the Head of Curriculum/AP curriculum & quality. Key responsibilities: To develop and deliver the Retrofit/Green Skills portfolio of course starting the Level 2 Domestic Retrofit award in conjunction with awarding body guidance. To coordinate the development and delivery of retrofit skills delivery plans for Net Zero/ Green skills training provision at WAES. Be able to undertake a mapping exercise of all current and planned Green Skills provision across the college’s emerging Green Skills agenda. Represent, promote and engage with retrofit/Green Skills organisations and professional bodies as strategic partners for the college to support and raise awareness of the Green Skills & Training options to guide the College through the transition to Net Zero emissions.
