Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a beautiful boutique hotel in Lymington who are looking for a Grill Chef to join their growing kitchen team.

• Up to £32,000 depending on experience

What's involved?

As a Grill Chef you will work with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are accepted and completed in an acceptable time; this will require you to communicate with the team working with them collaboratively to have the proteins and vegetables delivered ready for the rest of the meal. As a Grill Chef, you will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the grill section, working with the senior chefs to ensure that you're well stocked and ready for service.
