Pay Rate: £12.66 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 40 Monday – Friday, 07:30 - 15:30
This opening assignment is for 9-10 months
City: BRENTWOOD
07:30- 15:00 Friday
Grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub bed maintenance, cleansing of the Council’s public and open spaces and general Grounds Maintenance duties in and around the Brentwood area.

Qualifications:
Driving Licence
Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of vehicles, plant and machinery for use within a Grounds Maintenance environment.
Demonstrates an understanding of the views of others and communicates in a realistic and practical manner using appropriate language and medium, listens attentively to views and issues of others and responds to issues arising.
Basic knowledge of health and safety requirements within a Grounds Maintenance environment.
Experience:
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
Demonstrate the ability to organize multiple tasks in the most effective way, and allocate time and energy according to task complexity and priority
Must be able to drive
