This opening assignment is for 9-10 months
City: BRENTWOOD
07:30- 15:00 Friday
Grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub bed maintenance, cleansing of the Council’s public and open spaces and general Grounds Maintenance duties in and around the Brentwood area.

Qualifications: Driving Licence Knowledge: Basic knowledge of vehicles, plant and machinery for use within a Grounds Maintenance environment.
Demonstrates an understanding of the views of others and communicates in a realistic and practical manner using appropriate language and medium, listens attentively to views and issues of others and responds to issues arising.
Basic knowledge of health and safety requirements within a Grounds Maintenance environment. Experience: Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation. Skills & Abilities: Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
Demonstrate the ability to organize multiple tasks in the most effective way, and allocate time and energy according to task complexity and priority
