Our client is a leading UK provider of highly professional services for the commercial retail and utilities sectors extending to Grounds Maintenance, winter services, landscaping, and arboricultural works. With over 30 years’ experience, our client delivers high quality services utilising high tech support to provide operational visibility to both the company and its clients.

The role is full time starting from home and local depots. Duties will include leading and working as part a 2/3 person team, to deliver services to large nationally known clients including grass mowing, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance, hedge and shrub pruning to an agreed customer specification. The role will be challenging and rewarding and you will be capable of managing staff to provide the best service possible to all clients.
It would also be desirable if candidates have recent experience of supervising a small team and carrying out ground’s maintenance, landscaping, gardening or outdoor work and PA1/PA6. The role also includes requirement to log in and out of customer and head office systems using tablets – past experience of using iPads to do this is preferred. It would also be useful if candidates have a spraying licence.

Essential Criteria:
* Full and valid UK driving licence.
* Experience of supervising/ managing a Grounds Maintenance or landscaping team
* Flexibility to travel.
* Experience in landscaping, gardening and ground’s maintenance.
* Ability to work within a team.
* Be a team player and go above and beyond.
* Open to using new technology
* PA1/ PA6 Pesticide Training
