Wehave a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader at Heythrop ParkResort. Maintenance is a veryimportant part of our guests’ experience when staying at Warner. As aMaintenance Team Leader you are part of one great team, working within ourfacilities team. With a hotel to be proud of, you will play an integral part inproviding a perfect customer journey for our guests.

Set within magnificent grounds, HeythropPark Resort is part of the Warner Hotels Group. This beautiful 311-bedroomhotel with 2 entertainment venues, purpose built Spa and Leisure facilities,and 3 restaurants is set in over 440 acres of parkland in the Cotswolds.

What will I be doing?

• Working closely with the Head ofFacilities and other Maintenance Team Leaders you will be in part responsiblefor the smooth running of the Maintenance team.
• You will direct, lead and coach theteam’s activities within Maintenance to ensure all areas of responsibilitiesare covered. 
• By leading and working with a largediverse and multiskilled team, you will ensure all our guests receive aseamless customer journey from the moment they arrive.

What skills do I need?

• Experience of leading a team in a Maintenance Department
• You don’t need specific qualifications to complete minor works but previous experience in maintenance would be preferred.
• Have the ability to create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop 
• Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
