What you’ll be doing:
As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Slough's parks, gardens, open spaces, road sides, and commercial premises are maintained to the highest horticultural and customer care standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Grass cutting
- Hedge and shrub maintenance
- Litter collection and furniture cleaning
- Maintenance of ornamental planting features
- Preparation of sports pitches
- Application of weed killer
- Minor tree works
- Landscaping projects
- Playground inspection and maintenance
You may work independently or as part of a team, contributing to making Slough a welcoming and safe place to visit.
