- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather, review, and distribute project documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for document management
- Support project teams in accessing and retrieving relevant documents in a timely manner
- Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Previous experience in document control within the construction industry or related field
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using document control software and MS Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
