Job description

We’re working with a purpose-led, B Corp creative agency in central Leeds. They’re looking for an experienced Group Account Director or Client Lead to join their team. The Group Account Director will take the lead on managing their key accounts across a range of big name brands in sectors including FMCG, Global Consumer Brands and Fashion. After some significant client wins, the Group Account Director will oversee their growing, entrepreneurial team and work with their impressive client base to deliver exceptional client services.
What you’ll be doing
As the Group Account Director you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and Client Director to ensure strong client relationships are maintained. Working collaboratively with the Design team, you’ll lead on their key accounts and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Following some amazing success in client wins, the Group Account Director will work with their key clients, and be confident in communicating the agencies offering to potential new business opportunities. This role will have a focus on growth and profitability as the agency embarks on an exciting 5 year plan to expand their offering.
What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Experience as a Group Account Director, Client Lead, or Senor Account Director who’s ready for a step up, within a marketing agency environment.
  • Experience working with Global Brands, and confident in presenting the agencies offering to new potential clients.
  • Sector experience across Sports and Lifestyle is a bonus!
  • Have worked in a client facing, creative agency role and proven capabilities in building lasting relationships.
  • Have overseen a client services team and have proven capabilities in managing direct reports.
  • Have worked to set budgets, and successfully led on client briefs.
  • Confident in spotting new opportunities and growing accounts.
