Salary I am working with a fantastic technology company based in Cambridge, who are recruiting a Group Accountant for an initial 6 month, fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties;
* Perform bank reconciliations in the ERP system on a daily basis
* Responsible for ensuring that all relevant accounting entries are captured in line with the group month-end timetable
* Complete balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with group deadlines
* Oversee the preparation and review of indirect tax returns
The successful candidate will be qualified - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent and will have up to date IFRS knowledge. You will ideally have experience of working for an international business and experience of lease accounting would be advantageous.
This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, you would need to be in the office 3 days per week.
Whist initially offered as a 6 month contract, there is potential that the role may be extended.
