Salary- Aftersales Manager Required in Yeovil / Somerset
- Up To £40,000 Basic Salary (Negotiable Depending On Experience) + Bonus
- 45 Hour Week Monday To Friday
- Well-Established Car Main Dealership Environment
Our Client is currently seeking an Group Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving Main Car Dealership.

- An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
- A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
- Strong Technical knowledge
- An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
- Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
- Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department
- Delivering people performance management in accordance with our client's policies and procedures with a view to improve short, medium and long term performance.
