SalaryCVTC is a veterinary training provider offering courses in Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, Level 2 Animal Care Assistant and Level 5 Advanced Veterinary Nursing courses alongside other CPD courses.
This role is primarily home based but you would be expected to travel to our centre in Chester for your induction and training from time to time. This position is part-time flexible spread over 22.5hrs, it can be 3 x 8hr days or spread over the week with less hours per day.
We are looking for a veterinary administrator for remote working, this individual would preferably have veterinary and apprenticeship knowledge, but this is not essential.
The role consists of managing learners through their journey from the on-boarding process, recognising prior learning and completing apprenticeship contracts through to registration, helping manage apprentice funding and managing the endpoint assessment process with certification.
The individual needs to be organised, reliable, efficient, friendly and approachable to support our team and learners.
The role is unique, interesting, diverse and extremely rewarding for the right candidate who wants to have ownership and grow into a role, it may suit a veterinary nurse who is looking for an administration role. IT skills are preferable as the role involves different systems and online platforms.
In addition to a salary of £22,000 - £24,000 pro rata, we are offering a wide range of benefits including:
