Location: Warrington, WA4
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour
Shift times: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of one of our National Clients based in Warrington, for a Training Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, with the chance of going permanent for the right candidate.
Key Tasks

• To be an ambassador for quality health and safety, including the well-being of the customer where required
• Issuing paperwork
• Maintain all filing systems, ensuring audit requirements are met.
• Recording of delegate achievements and attendance in the training management system
• Creation of course certification
• Assist the Training Administration team in all aspects of the service process as required.
• Maintain effective and efficient systems for all department administration processes.
• Support the training department in the accurate processing of customer requests and applications.
• Administration of course paperwork, registrations, and distribution of certification in line with audit process and company SLA.
• Distribution of instructor's paperwork.
• Record and report on tier 1 customer course registration & attendance
• Maintain Internal Health, Safety and corporate governance standards in accordance with policy and promoting Health and Safety best practice with all internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Understanding the elements of issues or situations and finds ways of resolving problems.
• Know how to communicate effectively using company systems (e.g., email)
• Present yourself and your company in an acceptable and tidy manner.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, driven and excellent time keeping.
• Administration experience desirable
