LHH Recruitment Solutions are partnering with a market leading business in Burton-upon-Trent who are looking to recruit a Group Consolidation Accountant to join the growing team.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working (2 days on site per week)
You will be responsible for Group Consolidation which will include cash-related reporting and balance sheet.
Key Duties:
- Responsible for managing both the Financial Accounting and Treasury functions
- Monthly consolidation for the group
- Liaise with multiple entities and review month end results
- Be the main point of contact for financial audits and also preparation of financial statements
- Responsible for cash flow forecasts
- Variance analysis
- Approve BACS payments
- Always looking at ways to improve current processes
- Management of staff and be able to motivate the team on a regular basis
To be successful with your application for the Group Consolidation Accountant role, you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with the following experience:
- Cash flow management
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Be able to demonstrate process improvement
- Strong leadership skills
