Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from our Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. We also have a specialised function – Barratt Partnerships.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the support function of the Group Finance team based in the Group Support Centre on a fixed term contract. This role will report to the Head of Forecasting, Planning and Analysis. As a Group Finance Analyst, you will create an active partnership with both operations and management. You will be expected to provide support and insightful analysis to add value and drive business decisions, deliver information in a clear manner at an appropriate level using a good mix of analytical, commercial and communication skills.
- Support, where necessary, FP&A and wider Group Finance team on work relating to proposed combination announced on the 7th of February for Redrow
- Conduct financial assessments and modelling to support the transaction Integration Team
- Produce of management information for a range of internal customers, adding insightful analysis to drive business decision making
- Provide both regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to highlight trends and drive performance
- Prepare and analyse of data for City presentations and results announcements;
- Drive use of existing management information within the business and the efficiency of production
- Develop reporting in line with market trends and business needs
- To champion a culture of process improvement and assist with the execution of change programmes
- Deliver excellent service to internal customers both inside and outside the finance function
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
