Group Finance Manager - £50,000 - £55,000 (Remote working moving to hybrid), Reading Berkshire
We are excited to be partnering with an early stage, Private Equity backed buy and build group, who are on the hunt for a qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) Group Finance Manager
Our client is an acquisitive business that will continue to grow through acquisition, whilst continuing to drive organic growth. Reporting to the Head of Finance, your new role will have a broad remit. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for the month end close of a number of the Group's businesses. In addition, the role requires significant operational liaison with the management team.
About Your New Role
* Production of Group monthly management accounts to strict deadlines for multiple divisions
* Consolidation of multiple Calculation and posting of monthly accrued income values.
* Managing the corporate month-end accounting process
* Establishment of Financial Planning and Analysis framework
* Preparation of the monthly management reports
* Preparation of the Group's consolidated financial statements
* Assist with the consolidation of the Group budget for the management reporting pack.
* Analyse and provide commentary on variances and explain variances to budget
* Managing the monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance
* Oversee and day to day management of the Group finance team, including management accounting, AP, Cash & Treasury and Invoicing/Credit Control
Your Skills & Qualifications:
Our client seeks qualified accountant with experience managing a finance team (including remotely). You will possess excellent bookkeeping experience and be comfortable running an annual external audit process
