What will you be doing?
Working alongside the executive team, you'll help to drive sustainable and profitable growth by creating and implementing financial and operational strategies.
You'll support the development and a relatively new team ranging from qualified Management Accountants to transactional Finance Assistants.
Taking responsibility for the financial reporting including monthly management packs and analysis including consolidation to group, forecasting and budgeting.
Driving improvements to processes and implementing changes to support business efficiencies.
About you
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong, demonstrable staff management experience.
Although you may not have had exposure at an executive level yet, you'll have the communication skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Importantly, you'll be a confident man-manager and someone who takes pride in the development of others, demonstrating previous success in managing teams.
