Senior Corporate Tax Manager

Looking for a resourceful and dedicated Senior Corporate Tax Manager to lead a team for a company in the Technology & Telecoms industry. This individual will be responsible for managing tax operations and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Description

• Manage and lead the Corporate Tax team
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies and plans
• Work closely with finance and accounting departments on tax matters
• Prepare and review tax returns and reports in both UK and overseas
• Advise on tax implications of business decisions
• Stay updated on tax legislation changes
• Train/Support junior members of the team
• Manage relationships with tax authorities and external auditors

Profile

A successful Senior Corporate Tax Manager should have:

• ACCA, ACA or CTA certification
• Experience in Taxation and reporting
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of UK tax issues such as CIR, CFC, Hybrids, R&D and Group Payment Arrangements

Job Offer

• A competitive salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum
