Job Description

  • Provide financial direction and support to the management team to ensure goals, forecasts and targets are commercially viable and deliverable.
  • Produce management accounts
  • Prepare and agree forecasts and annual Profit Plans for the business in accordance with agreed timetables and ensure management team buy in.
  • Manage a small team of 2 overseeing payroll, sales ledger and purchase ledger
  • Fixed asset accounting and WIP control
  • VAT, PAYE and Statistical Office reporting
  • Prepare analysis for Group statutory accounts for the Company auditors and Head office

 Skills & experience

 The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role, managing a small team.  Relevant, finance qualifications would be advantageous however not essential.   

It is essential that the postholder enjoys coaching a team, be an active member of the senior management team and be detailed orientated,
