Job Description
- Provide financial direction and support to the management team to ensure goals, forecasts and targets are commercially viable and deliverable.
- Produce management accounts
- Prepare and agree forecasts and annual Profit Plans for the business in accordance with agreed timetables and ensure management team buy in.
- Manage a small team of 2 overseeing payroll, sales ledger and purchase ledger
- Fixed asset accounting and WIP control
- VAT, PAYE and Statistical Office reporting
- Prepare analysis for Group statutory accounts for the Company auditors and Head office
Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role, managing a small team. Relevant, finance qualifications would be advantageous however not essential.
